Minority Shareholder Action

On a Thursday I discovered I was a minority shareholder about to be washed out of a ten year investment by a merger valued in the tens of millions of dollars. I thought I needed a litigator. A friend knew I needed Scott Wagner. My friend was right. I spoke with Scott that afternoon. Friday Scott and ...his team took the case. They worked the weekend to file an action the following Monday morning in another state, on behalf of all the affected shareholders. The Hale Wagner team provided strong representation in court and in negotiations that lead to a fair and final settlement. Throughout the process I was impressed with the way Scott and his team communicated with me. If you think you need a litigator, you need Scott Wagner.
