WC case

Josh was amazing to work with. My case was long, but he was there every step. He answered every question, no matter how small, and got me a very nice settlement (much larger than I anticipated) when it was all over. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Hickey & Turim

I decided to battle a Worker's Comp Agecy alone...until I was Stone Walled, leaving me stressed, depressed and defeated! The treatment was humiliating! I shared this information with the rehabilitation facility owner and she referred me to Hickey & Turim. I was happy she did! Not only did they t...ake my case but Josh explained the entire process in detail. Next...we received a summons to appear in court and I was nervous (to say the least) but Josh explained further what could occur usually when summoned...and it did...I did not have to appear in court which was an epic victory for me then. Not shortly there after, I received a call from Josh saying that we won the case! My God...I was so excited and elated that we won but moreso that I was referred to Hickey & Turim! Now...this nightmare is behind me once and for all! If there are people out there reading my comment...just know that these guys are "The Gold Standard"! You will be happy that you chose them...like I was!

Extremely Professional!

Josh was very professional and extremely helpful with helping my husband with his case. Josh always communicated with us with how things were going with the case and whenever we had questions he was there to answer questions. He always had time to help us with anything we needed. He is an excellent l...awyer. We would highly recommend him!

amazing

I was hurt at work in 2018 and was very overwhelmed and frustrated with the progress of my WComp case. Until I contacted Josh Turim, from day one was with me every step of the process. There was never an email or phone call that was not answered the same day. His hard work and professionalism resulte...d in a great outcome and I will always be grateful.
