Jerilyn Jacobs

I was not represented by Ms. Jacobs. However, she represented a governmental body that I had a claim against. Ms. Jacobs was not straight forward with me about important steps in negotiating a settlement proposal out of Court. There were numerous unnecessary delays. As well as the way that Ms. Jacobs... handled the settlement payment. She was unprofessional. She was dishonest a two different occasions and she told the legal assistant to lie to me. I experienced a frustrating issue with the settlement check and when I attempted to explain my concerns to Ms. Jacobs about the matter, she refused to assist me with my concerns and repeatedly pointed at the door while I was still speaking, as if to tell me to get out of her office. She is very rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would not recommend hiring Ms. Jacobs. Thank you.
