In most large firms, you may meet with an attorney at initially, but they probably won’t be handling your case.  Many times, the attorney you meet is nothing more than a “traffic coordinator” who will review your case, sign you on as a client and then pass your case on to some associate or paralegal to handle from that point forward.  With me, I will be your point of contact from the initial free consultation to the delivery of your settlement funds.   I believe that successful results happen when the lawyer and the client work as a team. I work around your schedule and provide you with my personal cell phones so you can reach me anytime; holidays, evenings, weekends, etc.

I offer a “risk free” reduced contingency fee agreement.  Most personal injury firms charge a 33% contingency fee, plus costs.  We offer a 25% contingency fee plus costs, and unlike many firms, our fee does not change if you decide to file a lawsuit.  If there is no recovery, there is no fee.
