My wife hired an expensive, high powered lawyer to file a divorce action against me. I hired Ann and she responded immediately. She met after work and quickly ascertained the facts. I realized immediately that she was going to be aggressive and relentless. She prepared me well for the first court ...hearing at which I received equal placement of my children. I was thrilled because I had mistakenly moved out of our home, prior to consulting Ann, and my wife came into that hearing having primary placement of our children. Ann was able to convince the court commission to give me 50/50 placement. Since my wife made more money than I did, she was ordered to pay child support. My wife was not happy about that. Because of Ann's strong performance at this hearing, she was able to work out a final agreement that continued the equal placement and child support. I also received one-half of my wife's 401k. I did extremely well. I have a huge relationship with my children and financial security. Ann was there for me day and night. She was well prepared and diligent. I couldn't have done it without Ann, she was invaluable. I recommend her highly.

Very unorganized. Had all my information wrong after numerous times I have already corrected her. Hard to get a hold of. Never called me to keep me updated on my case. I was kept in the dark, First time I met her she wrote my information on a scrap piece of paper. Waste of my money and time. I had to... re read everything to make sure all the information was right. She had to re correct my marital agreement and Judgement of Divorce more than once because she kept typing in the wrong information. To date my address is still wrong. It doesn't even have my APT number on it. I've corrected her multiple times but yet no change.She even had my birthday wrong, the number of children I have were consistently WRONG. It was a headache trying to constantly correct her and making sure that information was accurate. I felt like I worked on my case more than she did. Very Frustrating. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Ann has been an absolute blessing to me and my child in our custody battle. She is available by phone at all hours and has met with me well past "regular" business hours. She loves the "fight" and has helped me create/ maintain the relationship I deserve to have with my child. Putting the fate of... your child’s future in someone else’s hands is a scary task. However, Ann calls me regularly and keeps me informed of any updates to the case. In fact, my child and I refer to her as “Auntie Ann”. I am so pleased I found Ann and would highly recommend her to anyone else in a difficult divorce/ child custody case.
