Andrew Flood

Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, graduating cum laude in 2021 with a major in Political Science and minors in Criminal Justice and Law & Policy. During his time there, he was honored with the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence, recognizing his academic achievements and leadership within the community. He went on to earn his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2024, graduating in the top 25% of his class and earning a Certificate in Litigation. Additionally, he received CALI awards for his outstanding performance in Mental Health Law and Appellate Writing & Advocacy.

During law school, Andrew worked as a criminal law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer R. Dorow, where he was responsible for drafting decisions, orders, and memorandums. He also served as a research assistant for Professor Scott Idleman, focusing on constitutional law and interpretation. Before joining his current firm, he gained practical experience at the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office, engaging in criminal pre-trial negotiations, investigations, and litigation.

At Marquette, he was a proactive member of the Moot Court Executive Board and coordinated Marquette University's National Moot Court Competition. Andrew also competed in the Siegenthaler-Sutherland National Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C., hosted by the Catholic University of America. His commitment to service was recognized with his induction into the Pro Bono Society, having volunteered over 120 hours of legal services.
