Chad T. Buehler

Attorney Chad T. Buehler is the sole owner of Buehler Law Office, LLC located in Whitewater, Wisconsin.  Mr. Buehler attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2001. He received his law degree in 2004 from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he wrote for the John Marshall Law Review. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Buehler accepted a position at the Madison law firm of Hayes, Van Camp & Schwartz, S.C. He then decided to return to Jefferson County where he grew up and joined the firm Krek & Associates, S.C., as an associate attorney in 2005. In August 2010, Mr. Buehler became a partner at the law firm of Buehler & Olsen Law, LLC, and in 2012, he opened Buehler Law Office, LLC.

Mr. Buehler truly enjoys practicing law in a small town where he gets to know his clients on a personal level. Mr. Buehler focuses his practice primarily on family law. Besides representing his own clients in divorce litigation, Mr. Buehler has served as a Guardian ad Litem in which he represented the best interests of children during custody and placement disputes and also represented the best interests of individuals during guardianships, protective placements and incompetency matters.

Mr. Buehler’s practice in family law encompasses all varieties of family matters such as divorce, legal separation, legal custody, physical placement, child support, paternity and grandparent rights.

Mr. Buehler is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and former President of the Jefferson County Bar Association. The Daily Jefferson County Union's "Best of the Area" 2013 has recognized Attorney Chad T. Buehler as the runner-up for Best Attorney.  Mr. Buehler is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Wisconsin.  His personal interests include spending time with his wife and five children and being an avid fan of all Wisconsin sports.
