Eryn Michelle Menden

Attorney Menden is extremely unprofessional, unorganized and unprepared. She told me to take a deal before even looking at the criminal complaint. She does not respond to phone calls, nor mail sent to her. I asked her almost two weeks ago to step down so I can get a new attorney, and she has still fa...iled to do so, which is holding me up in the court process, infringing on my constitutional right to a speedy trial. Overall this has been a terrible experience. Ms. Menden is by far the worst lawyer I've ever had. Avoid her at all costs. I don't want anyone else to get stuck with her as an attorney, even if appointed like in my case, being she is a State Public Defender.
