Biography
I handle all types of criminal defense. I have spent many years understanding and defending the most difficult of cases - alleged child abuse. These cases are very difficult to defend because it requires an understanding of the medical aspects of the case. I bring this experience and knowledge to your case, along with a great number of physicians who assist me. If you have been falsely accused of abusing your child, please feel free to give me a call to discuss the facts of your case.
In addition, I handle a significant number of sexual assault allegation cases. I have a significant number of sexual assault trial wins. Recently. the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL) named an award after me. That award is given to attorneys who get a not guilty verdict at trial on a felony sexual assault. As a firm, we are highly skilled in defending allegations of sexual assault.
We are also a very experienced federal defense firm. Whether you or a loved one have been charged with a drug conspiracy, human trafficking or any other federal charge, call me or my partner Anthony Cotton.
I have been a lawyer since 1995. I went back to school after my children entered grade school. I am proud to practice with my son and partner, Anthony Cotton.
