I had a case pertaining to my daughter about custody. I have met with 5 other attorneys. The day before court I thought I would call alberti law services.we talked over the phone for a bit and He said he would meet later that day .we talked and went over everything .right after I hired him on th...e spot . I had an OWI 2nd. It was issued by the WAPD. It was so wrong that it isn't even funny. So, I fought it. Tom represented me throughout the case. He obtained a dismissal. They refiled the charge. You can imagine our joyous response to this. We were despondent. But, we were determined to fight to the bi...tter end. His dogged determination and absolute dedication were evident. He demanded a trial at every appearance but was met with resistance by both Judge Bonnie Gordon and the ADA. We never did get our trial. But Tom did obtain a second dismissal and the prosecutor did not refile. Final disposition is: reported in error. We both wanted a trial. But, we achieved the same or similar outcome.

I believe my attorney helped me prepare for my case by advising me to accept the plea agreement of 40 days jail time. By admitting my guilt in this case and holding myself accountable to the judge, we were able to produce a more favorable result. My attorney advised me to take an assessment and enrol...l in a Multiple Offenders course. I also produced documentation showing a stable work history and volunteer community service. My attorney also vouched for my character being that we know each other personally. The judge ultimately sentenced me 25 days with Huber Law privileges. I was satisfied with this outcome.
