she seem like a very smart lawyer, but as my public defender she was horrible. She didn't even care about me at all. She actually wanted me to do the six month program. I had a minor case that could have been easily got thrown out. I know people with much more serious cases that had there cases t...hrown out. she didn't even try. She actually kept trying to make me do the diversion program even though the district attorney said i just needed to bring a note and he would throw out the case. She rebutted me multiple times telling me i had to take this program. Aren't lawyers suppose to help you get the best outcome possible? The district attorney cared more about me than her. I was so confused. I kept trying to tell her the district attorney just wanted the note, and he would throw out the case, but she kept insisting he didn't say that. eventually the D.A. came out threw out the case. It was HORRIBLE. she was acting like the D.A. and the D.A. was acting like the defense attorney. I mean seriously she rebutted 6 times to try make me do the program. SHe was more skeptical of me then the District attorney. Thank god the D.A. was cool i would been screwed.
