Failed to protect me when the other party in the case harassed me. In mediations she was silent and instructed me not to address false accusations, leaving false impressions detrimental to me. Appeared too chummy with representatives of the other party. Initially promised to do discovery of othe...r party and didn't. Later required more money again promising to do discovery, but again didn't do discovery. She cost me over $20,000 of which $12,500 were for her fees, and did nothing to further my case or to protect me from the false accusations presented by the other party in the case. Continually made excuses for being absent from office. Failed to show up in court for hearing. Left me with no standing in my own case. Arrogant and insulting when discussing case. Her only excuse is her statement that she did not think I had a chance of winning my case. I believe I provided enough documents and information to prevail in my case. She ignored all of it.
