Frank J. Parise

I hired Mr. Parise after I was beaten by Racine PD during a traffic accident. My expectations were very high as I considered him one of the best attorneys in Wisconsin. He did minimal work in my case and charged me higher than other attorney fees. I had pictures and a statement reporting the officers..., and Mr. Parise put them back in a folder and said he would look at them later and see what he could do. My case concluded with an unreasonable outcome and I was given close to the max for my case. I didn't hurt myself or anyone, was still considered a misdemeanor and there was no reason for the way I was treated by Racine PD. Completely share the same experience by other reviews that he "shattered my expectations". Never expected this you're of representation from him!

Talked a big game, said all of the things I wanted to hear, seemed very aggressive. This was all right up to the point that I hired him. As soon as I wrote the check, he went limp and did very little work on my case. I wish I had done more research before hiring him. It appears to me that his strateg...y is to take as much money as he can get up front, and eventually negotiate a plea deal. In my opinion, he does very little work for the amount of money that he charges. After doing some research (after I already hired him), it seems to me that he avoids going to trial any way that he can. Be sure to ask him about his trial record, when he last went to trial, and when he last won a trial. After my experience with Mr. Parise, I question the authenticity of some of the reviews that are posted on this site.
