I will start off by saying as you can see by all his other reviews Phil is very well liked I have had the pleasure of knowing Phil for about 3 years now on a personal level and sad to say business level Phil has been part of my journey in life with my child and my nephew as parents we all now these ...kids can cause havok but Thur these three years I have never felt so confident in the troubles and outcome of any of my cases with him On my side or should I say the children's side I say my side because there is nothing more than calming during a storm than Phil and sometimes as parents we need that and believe me he provides that in a matter of care and concern so if you are looking for a lawyer that has your and your child's heart in mind this is the lawyer to call I would bet my life on this guy he has three years of utter qrap with my family but always is there no matter Circumstances with always care and concern he will never judge any case he takes or make you feel less of he's not A lawyer that is just in it for money like most he is in it because he cares and wants best outcome that he can get and he will do that so to all he is your guy give him a try we love you Phil Marry And thanks for making my life simpler at times of need

We were referred to Mr. Marry by a friend. I had called a few other attorneys seeking prices, ability, and their approach in handling my daughter's traffic accident ticket. See is female, a newly licensed driver, and now - an accident. Others said, "we will try" or "do our best". Here is why I will a...nd have already referred people to Mr. Marry: 1. He took my initial phone call (I'm no one special) - he did not have his secretary take a message for him to call me back. He got on the line and we talked. This was IMPORTANT! Especially since my availability to make calls was only during 30 minute lunch or 15 minute breaks at work. I was not able to use or accept calls outside those few minutes and it would been interesting to find a mutual time to communicate. 2. He listened, we discussed, I understood, and he was honest. He heard my frustration, we talked about all my concerns in the issuing of the ticket and how it would affect my daughter, I understood what would happen by him taking the case, and he was honest with the pricing and possible outcome. The truth and nothing but the truth was said by Mr. Marry. 3. He was realistic, accessible, and responsive. One thing I giggled about when he spoke with me initially. He said, "I don't have a crystal ball..." and he wasn't able to see or tell me the future. This is a fact. However, he did see how giving my daughter a ticket was a little peculiar and why we were in question of WHY issued to only her and WHAT was she supposed to do and HOW this case could be looked at from another perspective. Making me feel there was someone else in our corner to challenge and our fight or fight with us. 4. Listen and patience: I didn't realize how much Mr. Marry listened to me in my initial phone call (which was only like 10-15 minutes). He did though, because after the first appearance he made on behalf of my daughter to the prosecutor; he came back requesting proof of something that made the difference. I don't even remember telling him, but it could only have been me, because he didn't talk to anyone else with that information. WOW! His ability to listen in our initial conversation BEFORE me even hiring/paying for his services - RESULTED in the ticket being dismissed completely. Mr. Marry may not have a crystal ball, but he has definitely provided a clear, bright, and sunny forecast for my daughter and what comes next. THANK YOU for taking our case and working with "mom". We will never forget!

Phil is an absolutely tremendous lawyer and very knowledgable with the cases he handles. I love the fact that as a lawyer he took the time to talk as much with me about my case to get me the best outcome for me. I also think the thing I was most impressed with Phil was how much he truly cares for his... clients and actually wants to see them succeed in life. I feel when he represented me he did his absolute best for him being a lawyer which was a tremendous job, but even better I feel very comfortable with him as my lawyer because he truly cared about me as a person and wanted to see me succedd in life. So if you ever want a lawyer that truly does his job the best and wants the absolute best for you... No question Phil is the best lawyer to have!!

Phil is a great lawyer. He was able to get me the lowest penalty on an OWI a few years ago. Phil was also able to eliminate two different speeding tickets for me. He made a 6 point violation a non-moving violation that will save me hundreds on insurance bills. He takes care of you and is a great ...person. I recommend you check him out and go with him. A+ service in my book; money well spent.
