The Best

We had a very sensitive and very large business deal that was about to blow up. David got it back on track and we closed the deal. He is the best business lawyer I have ever worked with. David was our savior!

Top Notch lawyer

David has a great business sense as well as excellent legal knowledge. He repeatedly helped us get a difficult and complex transaction back on track, and without his assistance the deal would have likely never closed. And he got us better terms than we anticipated! He was great!
