OUTCOME: Prevailed, and judgment granted in favor of my client.

I represented an attorney who purchased the property of an existing client of his. Mulitple conflicts were present, and their relationship deteriorated. They eventually entered into litigation agains ... t each other. I was a principal witness as all of the documents I prepared were called into question. They were all deemed appropriate and beneficial to my client.
