When my son was born his mother refused to let me see him for the first six months of his life. The first lawyer I hired did absolutely nothing in mine or my sons best interest, so I fired her and hired Attorney Dahl. Looking back, I now know this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My on...ly regret is I wish I would have done it sooner or just hired her from the beginning. Attorney Dahl always had my back; whether it was laying out exactly what the courts expectations were, to explaining the process and what I should expect, to answering my calls/texts/emails at all hours of the night just so I could vent my frustration with the situation, to offering flexible payment options, to taking a genuine interest in my case and treating me like family, to helping me get 50/50 custody of my son. Words alone can’t express how grateful I am for Attorney Dahl. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and an absolute delight to work with. With Attorney Dahl there was no beating around the bush, or making promises she couldn’t deliver, in fact she was very straightforward and blunt about what I needed to fix with myself in order to be a better person, a better father, and be able to effectively co-parent. I honestly couldn’t have done it without Attorney Dahl and am forever indebted to her. I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it again, THANK YOU for everything Brenda, you truly are my guardian angel!!!!

I've been in and out of court the last 14 years enforcing my visitation rights, contempt issues and parental alienation done so by my ex and his wife. I felt as if I were in a losing battle having no choice but to accept defeat and be at the mercy of my ex and his wife, with them having complete and ...undeserved control through their lies and manipulation. That all changed when I found Brenda. Not only did Brenda fight for me in a total professional manner, but also on a personal level as well. Anytime we were in court, she was so passionate as if it were her own case she was representing. I never had to speak, because she covered all bases for me so I wouldn't have to. Ms Dahl did nothing for me! I was screwed over by my a foster care agency and was hoping to have my name cleared. I thought I had a right for the judge to consider placing the child back with me. When we got to court, I found out I didn't even have any rights. Ms Dahl gladly took my money and DID N...OTHING! Her only words were, " I told you, you didn't have a very good case." DO NOT HIRE HER!

Brenda represented me in family court. When we were about to enter infront of the judge she folded and gave my X everything he could have possibly received. In other words by going infront of the judge, Dahl gave him all he could have possibly receive. . She handed over my x everything he wanted.... 50/50 placement, she said "you don't need child support", now my x pays for nothing. . She is horrible and I would not recommend her . When she recommened I not take child support , I asked her if she wanted to get paid. She was very wish washy, late for court, forgot to inform me of a court date. More concerned about her money then the best interest of a child.

Brenda was my divorce attorney. She was very knowledgeable and smart in court. She did not fight dirty, which I appreciated, even though opposing attorney was. My son has a severe disability, Brenda did what she had to do to make sure my children and I had a fighting chance for what we deserved, b...ut she did it the right way. She stuck with facts and made sure I was well prepared for what to expect in court, as well as the unknown of what would happen, regardless of the law or what typically happens. We were well prepared going into court and trial was lengthy. I was on the stand for longer than 4 hours and Brenda had me prepared for what opposing attorney would put me through. The judge we had seemed to appreciate how Brenda handled the case, sticking with the facts. I did get what we went to trial for, and then some. I would recommend Brenda and would turn to her in any situation I may need her for in the future. I was amazed at how smart she was and how much she knew. I did not always like when she told me the possibilities, however, I had to know what to expect. I had a delicate case and she was perfect for it.
