Ty J. Kluesner

I am an attorney at MacGillis Law Group, LLC, where I focus exclusively on personal injury law, representing people who have been injured due to the negligence of others. I earned my law degree from Marquette University Law School, where I served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review.

My connection to MacGillis Law Group began long before I became an attorney. During law school, I spent my summers working here as a law clerk, assisting our litigation team and learning firsthand what it means to advocate for injured clients. Before attending law school, I worked for over two years as a litigation paralegal at the firm, gaining valuable experience in every stage of a personal injury case—from intake to trial. Those early experiences shaped my decision to pursue a legal career and deepened my commitment to helping people rebuild after serious injuries.

I’m a proud Badger, having earned my B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and a lifelong Wisconsin resident, born and raised in the Milwaukee area. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, trying to improve my golf game, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, and playing guitar—something that’s become a true passion of mine.
