I feel badly that this person had a negative experience with me. She is not a client. She called from another State, telling me that a relative from Wisconsin had died a few years ago. She was asking me a very specific question about the relative’s property. I did not feel that I could answer her question without more information. To open a dialogue, I started to explain that the property may need to go through probate. She asked the same question again, then got frustrated and hung up. I am not a condescending person and, if she wants to call back, I am happy to try again.
