Timothy Mistrioty

I hired Timothy Mistrioty for my daughter who received 4 tickets in Walworth, Wisconsin . I was horrified at the fact that one of the tickets was a DUI. My daughter only 23, I knew this could ruin her life. Not that she didn't create the problem herself however I have always believed people deserve a... second chance. I have little faith in attorneys as most seem to just line their pockets with your money ! I could not ask for a more reasonable contract/payment for what he was about to do (however I thought it was going to be a waste of hard earned money at the time we hired him...Boy was I wrong) ! I couldn't have been any more satisfied with the outcome. He managed to get 2 tickets dismissed and the DUI amended down to Reckless driving. A paraphernalia charge amended to a disorderly conduct. Honestly how could anyone expect better than that outcome ! My daughter and I are so THANKFUL for a real attorney who fought for her and possibly changed what could have been a black cloud forever. The moment that he gave us the outcome a huge burden was lifted and a heartbreak mended !! Thank you Timothy Mistrioty for your true dedication and concern for my daughter's future !
