Divorce can be as emotionally difficult as a death in the family. In Wisconsin, a divorce is granted without fault. This means that marital wrongdoing is of limited relevance. There is often a misconception, however, that people going through a divorce cannot find a compromise to avoid a trial. Our office uses best efforts to assist our clients in coming to an agreement with their spouse outside of court.

I endorse this lawyer. John has been a great teacher in the area of bankruptcy. After taking the Wisconsin State Bar Exam, I began working for the firm and shadowing John on bankruptcy matters. I have learned a lot from him in a short time.
