I had no clue what to do as a single mother when I was only guaranteed so many hours. This made me ineligible for benefits which included health insurance. I suffered from severe neck and back pain, extreme enough that I needed to call 911. The hospital did a cardiac work up since my symptoms mimicke...d a heart attack. I was sent home soon after they ruled out cardiac abnormalities with no diagnosis what so ever besides neck pain. Finally after an MRI that I had to pay on a credit card I was ordered a series of three cortisone injections all of which I also put on my credit card. I ended up maxing out five credit cards after ongoing problems with this. I owned a home and car and thought I was goin to lose them. A friend recommended Mark Brunner since he was a life saver for her. He was so knowledgable and explained everything in detail and made sure I knew what I was signing. All I had to do was bring all my bills, deed, and title to the secretary and she took care of the rest. I thought my case was pretty complex because there was so much more involved. I felt he would have had to spend several hours on my case. He was prompt when arriving at the court house. The secretary was thoughtful enough to make a map and reminded me when the court case was. He told me exactly what to expect and knew what I had to do when I entered the courtroom. I was amazed about the whole thing and would highly recommend his office to anyone.
