Biography
I am a partner at Schloemer Law Firm and practice in the areas of corporate and business law, estate planning, and real estate. A large part of my practice focuses on acting as outside general counsel to local businesses, including those in the manufacturing, agricultural, and service industries, among others.
I also frequently represent individuals and businesses in the areas of business sales, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning.
I am passionate about giving back to the local community. I am especially proud of my work with Rotary International - I am the Past President of the Rotary Club of West Bend, and currently serve as Assistant Governor of Rotary District 6270.
Amanda graduated from Lawrence University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology and graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2014 with a Juris Doctor Degree and as valedictorian of her class.
