Joseph Francis Fischer

Not sure what the other reviews are about. I hired Joe Fischer and found him to be incredible. Not only did he do a great job on my case but I am pretty sure he substantially undercharged me. Did not nickel and dime me with charges for every email or five minute phone call. Was also very pleasant... and did not treat me like I was beneath him like I have been treated by other lawyers. I will never go to another lawyer other than Fischer.

In my case Joseph tried to get my ex and I to fight more! He refused to work with the opposing attorney. I truely believe he did this to suck more $ out of me in leagal fees! Now looking back, I wish I never would have hired Joseph. Prior to hiring him the two of us were agreeable and working ...things out. We had just a few wrinkles to be ironed out, but I believed all his "Pie in the Sky" promises. He also fabricated some of his evidence against my ex and it backfired against me! Not to be TRUSTED!!
