Godsend!

Attorney Benjamin Harris possesses the rare quality of an amazing "legal bedside manner". These family court issues can be very serious and humiliating. He really gives clients the sense that there is no judgment, just work that needs to be done to restore lives. Attorney Harris really gives one con...fidence and understanding in extraordinarily difficult moments. I am aware of the disciplinary action and can say that my experience with Attorney Harris has given me the ability to say it no longer applies. His courtroom presence is strong and he catches all the details in a family case when those details are critical. I'm very confident trusting him with a life altering family court matter. I can recommend Attorney Harris without any doubts.

Divorce

Extreme Caution is an understatement!! The worst lawyer ever, talks a good talk but does NOTHING TO FOLLOW THROUGH....Quoted me $1000 for divorce but held it up in the courts for over 2 years..In the end we ended up having to go to a mediator anyway. Now he wants $6000 for what?? I have a disabled so...n (autistic with a feeding tube) and 3 other kids, While we were married my husband did not want me working cuz he didnt want to have to take care of all the kids( all his) so I was a stay at home mom) husband made over $75000yr) after a LONG TERM MARRIAGE...I got a whole $100 wk for alimony, which is a complete joke..He told me over and over to LIE when the bills were due anf the the 401k would be abt 3 weeks, took over 9 months and would have taken longer if I hadnt got the info (that we each had to pay 125) from HIM AND HIS LAWYER!!

Love him

My Fiancée and I decided to go with Ben for a child support custody case. He's been amazing! He explains everything Cleary and is there for you no matter what. All around great attorney!

Still my favorite attorney

Ben represented me during my divorce in 2011. He was able to get me everything i asked for and always kept me up to date. Im going back to court soon and will be hiring him as my attorney again. I read the discipline act on him and i still stand by him as a great attorney regardless of what it says. ...He had my best interest as well as my sons best interest in mind at all times.

Worst Lawyer ever

He hadled the sale of my home to a friend of his. It has been almost a year and the deed has not been updated. Property taxxes have not been payed and I am the one recieving nasty threatning letters from the City. Not to mention i have been unable to get this man to call me back in months.
