Attorney Fay is an excellent attorney who is very knowledgeable with criminal law. We have used him twice in the past, and he was a tremendous help, and both cases turned out with desirable outcomes. As others mentioned he is a very busy man, so he may not be available the very second you call him, however, he will always get back to you as soon as he is available, not to mention his assistant's are wonderful at keeping you informed. He is direct and to the point, and an honorable man who didn't call us every two seconds just to try billing us for unnecessary calls, emails, or otherwise. He is a great attorney and we would trust him with our lives. He comes highly recommended!

Much like the other reviewer, Attorney Fay fell off the planet. He did not keep me informed, he did not ask how I felt about any decision, I barely spoke with him at all. He was not interested in any evidence I had to help myself, only in his paycheck. I got letters demanding payment for his services, but had no other contact. He showed up late for court, and seemed extremely uninterested after he was already hired.

I was a client in 2006. Following the administrative hearing and waiting for the decision communication became non-existent iin spite of repeated calls to the office. The only communication was a letter demanding payment. I was not informed when a decision had been reached by the administrative law judge and subsequently a deadline to appeal the decision was missed. Never returned telephone calls after that. A complaint was filed with the Office of Lawyer Regulation in Madison and Mr Fay was disciplined for Lack of Due Diligence in my case.
