I found this Attorney through my employer because he utilized our Employee Assistance Program. I believe he mislead me several times during my exposure to him. When I would question him regarding my concerns, often times his response time was slow if any at all. I once sent Mr. Zeckel an email inquiring about his service fees, his response was sent several weeks later via United States Postal Service and included the request for additional fees. When I asked him why he didn't respond to my email, he denied ever receiving it despite my time stamped copy I had to resend him (as proof?)
I've had to since retain a different attorney because my case was ultimately "dismissed" while Mr. Zeckel represented me, however when my new attorney requested for me to ask him for a copy of the "Court's Order", again he attempted to elude me by saying the court issued a verbal order. Through my different Attorney, who was able to provide me a copy of the Court Order - the Court found;paperwork incorrectly filed, case dismissed.
I asked Mr Zeckel to refund the fees I paid to him. I did not request or ask for emotional or psychological inconveniences? Just simply wanted my money back. Many months later, between scheduling conflicts and him saying he was sick for an extended period of time, I felt it necessary to submit my request to State of Wisconsin Fee Arbitration Program. I would think it might just be easier to give me back the fees I paid to him, verses now Mr. Zeckel retaining an Attorney to represent him with The State of WI Bar Association.

John Zeckel is an experienced trial lawyer that knew exactly how to deal with a suspected narcissistic personality disordered spouse. He has a savvy for developing strategies to deal with delay tactics in a high conflict divorce. Seeing him in trial was like watching Perry Mason. He is very organized and has an amazing attention to detail. His skills make for effective results. I would highly recommend John Zeckel to be your divorce attorney if you believe that your spouse has a cluster B personality disorder.
