If I have both a mortgage and a visa with Wells Fargo and file Chapter 7 will they reaffirm the

You have a both a first mortgage with WF and a credit card with WF? A credit card will not be part of the reaffirmation agreement on the mortgage...

Generally, it's best to provide the information if you have it. Having said that, I wouldn't waste time tracking down account numbers for every debt.
