Russell D. Bohach

Russell Bohach was the public defender for my little brother. He was intoxicated or something. He recommended that my brother take a deal which was twice as long as the deal offered by the prosecutor. My brother took it b/c he was young and didn't understand what was happening. This Attorney should b...e disbarred.

Russell Bohach never returned my calls. When I explained that I have left several messages for him. He told me to stop sending accusations his way. It wasn't an accusation! It was a fact! He asked me my side of what was going on, then when I tried to give an explanation of what was happening, he cut ...me off, I asked if I could finish, and he told me no. When I challenged what he was saying, his response was, "I am a lawyer." So! I am a citizen with rights! Being a lawyer does not mean you are superior to me and that you have to treat me like I am your subordinate. Unbelievable. He then would not speak to me and told me to have my son call him. Court is tomorrow morning, are you kidding me! Needless to say, my son is not calling him, nor will my son be represented by him.
