Russell D. Bohach

Russell Bohach was the public defender for my little brother. He was intoxicated or something. He recommended that my brother take a deal which was twice as long as the deal offered by the prosecutor. My brother took it b/c he was young and didn't understand what was happening. He was my Appellate attorney, which he had evidence that I was wrongful convicted, during my pots conviction hearing he did not subpoena my witnesses and told the Judge that he did. when I was Release from prison I spoke with this witnesses and they told me that he never receive any subpoena fo...r my post conviction hearing. to this day I am still fighting my wrongful convicted, If this Attorney would've done his Job the first time, I wouldn't be fighting my wrongful convicted .

Russell Bohach never returned my calls. When I explained that I have left several messages for him. He told me to stop sending accusations his way. It wasn't an accusation! It was a fact! He asked me my side of what was going on, then when I tried to give an explanation of what was happening, he cut ...me off, I asked if I could finish, and he told me no. When I challenged what he was saying, his response was, "I am a lawyer." So! I am a citizen with rights! Being a lawyer does not mean you are superior to me and that you have to treat me like I am your subordinate. Unbelievable. He then would not speak to me and told me to have my son call him. Court is tomorrow morning, are you kidding me! Needless to say, my son is not calling him, nor will my son be represented by him.

NEVER answered his phone. Stopped calling me back. Angry when I made an emergency call to his emergency phone number. Major mistakes on the financials, even after I carefully explained the assets to him and gave him clear, written information. Scolded me for asking questions, wanting to know wha...t he was doing, what was going on. Didn't inform me of important developments. Didn't do what he promised he would do. Misinformed me about important legal repercussions of decisions. Billed me for all this. Refused to release my case to my new attorney until I paid a ransom. The file he turned over didn't include all the mail I had sent him. He accused my new attorney of unethical behavior. They checked with the board - they were right, he was wrong.
