Russ handled a difficult business closing case for me. It involved bank and creditor issues and an insolent, adversarial attorney. The case took many months and, through it all, Russ kept my best interests in the forefront and displayed excellent knowledge and ability. We were, in the end, successful in getting the business closed and saving my personal interests.

Russ was instrumental in negotiating a favorable settlement with the union for a mutual client. He was skillful in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of our position and ended up convincing the opposing attorney that the agreement was fair for both sides.
