Kurt R. Anderson

I am a claim manager for a national corporation. The insurance carrier's counsel was run-of-the-mill and not taking appropriate action in a highly suspect workers' compensation case. In fact, the insurance carrier balked at changing counsel however I was adamant (Kurt was referred to me by another ...attorney as I had no contacts in Wisconsin.) When the carrier finally relented and Kurt took over the file, it was nothing short of a miracle. His firm was able to uncover documentation on the claimant's lengthy history of treatment; whereas prior counsel advised nothing existed. It was Kurt's diligence and then presentation before the Judge that allowed us to prevail in the matter, when claimant appealed the appeal court also found for us based on Kurt's brief. As anyone who routinely works in workers' compensation knows, it's rare for an employer to prevail but we did and I attribute our success to Kurt.
