I really enjoyed working with Jason on a rental property I sold back in 2020. He was professional, friendly and took the time and effort to make sure all our questions and requests were answered. His flat-rate fee was very affordable and covered all our needs. If I could give him 6 out of 5 stars I w...ould. Our Situation was somewhat unique: I sold my property to a church. They were a cash buyer and gave us exactly what we wanted. Turnkey deal; but needed a professional to guide us through. Friends and family suggested a real-estate attorney to save on the 6% Sellers Fee. What a great idea! Jason did everything we hoped and more. At one point we even had to deal with the previous owner who missed some paperwork. Jason & Team got him to respond and comply within 2 days. As someone who's owned a few rentals I wish I had known Jason sooner. Would have made my life easier and kept me in the game longer.

We met with Jason in July of 2019 to discuss a possible revocable living trust. We wanted it done quickly due to an upcoming international trip, and Jason was excellent in meeting our needs. He was thorough in his explanations using easy to understand terms. He was there for us with quick responses t...o questions we had and walked us thru the entire process. He followed up with us in the months that followed to be sure we were following up on what we needed to do. Our experience with Jason has been very good and we would use him again when needed.

He helped me by mapping out the process and the expectations for legal fees. I really appreciated his honesty and sincerity. He quarterbacked the entire process and that gave me time to grieve and not worry about probate. He had it handled. During the process, Jason kept me updated and was very prompt with returning my emails or phone calls. Any time there was a fire, Jason quickly put it out and explained to me exactly what was going on. Probate can be very frustrating but Jason had a way of explaining things. In the end, Jason's timeline and expected fees were very accurate. He delivered exactly was he proposed. But most importantly for me, Jason wasn't a robot or a textbook, he was a real person. He laughed with me and at times, he saw me choke up Jason is an all-around good person who is an expert at his craft and I would recommend him to anyone.

I’ve never had to deal with the death of a close relative until recently. Although there as a will we had no idea how to move forward.
