On remand the Fayette County Superior Court INCREASED the award of attorney fees to the sum of $33,902.

We filed a Motion for New Trial contending that the evidence was so overwhelmingly in favor of our client ... that the jury should her found in her favor. The trial court denied our motion and we filed our appeal in the Georgia Court of Appeals. Upon reviewing the case the Court of Appeals determined that the jury's defense verdict was strongly against the weight of the evidence. The Court of Appeals determined that the trial court erred in denying our client's Motion for New Trial. Our client was given a new trial. The Defendant's insurance company did not want to try the case again and a six figure settlement was quickly reached.
