I was charged with a Drunk Driving in Davenport on a tail light violation. Angela answered her phone and discussed my options with me at 1:00am and I made the right decision to take the Breath Test which was over the limit but low enough to not lose my license or be on my record. She called a bondsma...n but they let me go without bond. She talked to the officer and made calls for me, and made sure I could get home. With Angela guiding me, the rest of the process was as painless as could be. She told me step by step what to do while she reviewed my case for mistakes by the officer. She met with me in the evening and weekends because I have the kind of a job where you cannot take time off. My license is back and the crime is off my record and for a year she never charged me extra when I had questions. She was available by phone, text, email, almost 24 hours a day. Hopefully I will never need her again but I highly recommend her for Criminal and Traffic matters. She knows her business and is very caring and takes care of her client herself. Great Attorney! I was pulled over at 2:00am and the officer let me google criminal defense attorneys and I called 4 & Angela was the only lawyer to pick up. She was able to give me my legal rights over the phone & she was ready to meet me at the scene however by asking me several particular yes / no questions - I wa...s able to conclude that I was not over the limit & I should take the Breathalyzer test. I did & passed & was not charged. I was always told not to take it, but later I found out if I hadn’t I would’ve been arrested and lost my driver’s license. Angela did not charge me for this so I wanted to “pay it forward” and let everyone know what a great lawyer she is, and thank her!
