I was charged with a Drunk Driving in Davenport on a tail light violation. Angela answered her phone and discussed my options with me at 1:00am and I made the right decision to take the Breath Test which was over the limit but low enough to not lose my license or be on my record. She called a bondsma...n but they let me go without bond. She talked to the officer and made calls for me, and made sure I could get home.
