Top notch! Got me 50/50 for Iowa that is not easy! Being the DAD

He was excellent ! Amy In his office was right there to answer any questions and all my needs. Mr. Gallagher was on top of his game and was firm on all my wants . Dont waste anytime with other lawyers . GO to him! If I ever need any lawyer needs down the road he will be my first choice every time.... Thanks again!!!

Fair and Honest

Robert is an excellent attorney. He represented the interests of my daughters related to their ability to have me involved in their up bringing during a child custody modification. Robert did NOT waste time or money on meaningless phone calls, filings or nonsense paperwork; He stuck to the task at ...hand. He made himself available to answer my questions, and ensured that I was well informed about what was ACTUALLY happening in my case and did not run up expenses by over communicating. Exceeded my expectations. Fathers in a no fault state going though a contested divorce hire Bob Jr and listen..

I have absolutely zero regrets in retaining Bob Jr. for my contested child custody and divorce case. In some ways it was the single best decision I made in a very emotionally draining and traumatic time. As a father I can tell you that whether you believe there is bias in the family courts or not you... will be facing an uphill battle. In my case I was also dealing with the heightened emotional betrayal of infidelity and false allegations of abuse which made negotiating or even communicating with the other side that much harder. Bob Jr. proved to be a masterful diplomat and is the litigator you need in your corner if and when things do get heated. Without his counsel I certainly would have made several more mistakes. His reputation is important to him so he practices with integrity and has earned the respect of his colleagues and the courts. Reputation means a lot. In addition, Bob Jr. was cognizant of keeping fees down vs. trying to stir things up which is far too common occurrence with some legal counsel. If I didn’t need something he would clearly explain why and how it would save me money. I never felt like an ATM to him and he reached out to me via text message and mobile phone. When I needed him he was always highly accessible and his support staff top notch. When picking the right legal counsel support staff is often overlooked and that is a mistake. You will be dealing with the paralegals quite often and their attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively as an in between cannot be overstated. I highly recommend Bob Jr, especially if you are a father facing divorce in a no fault state and have children as was the case for me. He is a champion for father’s rights and my result was better than I probably should have expected considering the laws in Iowa. Can you find cheaper representation sure, but you get what you pay for. When you are dealing in matters that may decide your financial future, quality of life and most importantly access to your children Bob Jr. was worth every penny. Don’t be delegated to that of visitor in the lives of your children. I will use Bob Jr. for any legal proceedings I have in the future. I’ve already sent a close friend to him. Five enthusiastic stars.
