He has been the lawyer handling my father's estate while it's in probate. I was told probate the estate would only be in probate for 6 to 12 months at most... we're still in probate almost 16 months later. He hasn't been in a hurry to get this over with at all. My father didn't have much and my brother and I have been in agreement on everything so there is no other reason to drag this out.
