Workmans comp

He worked for us to get what we could. He made sure my husband hot his check each week. He had my husband do test to show he wasnt lying about his injuries.

I was involved in two seprate vehicle accidents within a two year period neither being my fault.

Nico is the most straight up honest tell it like it is person ,which i feel makes him the great lawyer that he is.He and his staff are always professional and compassionate and caring.He was able to go back on the first claim and help finalize it and get me compensation that my own insurance company ...was trying to avoid paying. Niko makes the difference.

If you are going through a Workers Comp. case, don't go through it alone. The Insurance companies and their lawyers are NOT your friends. It will seem like everyone is working against you and they are. Niko and his staff will be the best friends you could hope for. From the initial consultation, ...Niko sets your fear and anxiety to rest. He makes sure that treatments, surgeries, prescriptions and monetary benefits keep coming. Many times my benefits checks stopped coming and Niko always jumped right on it for me. More than once Niko texted me on the weekend to say that he was contacting the other law firm to get after the insurance company. Niko and his team often contacted me just to see how I was feeling after surgeries or during the long rehab process. You need that kind of support because at times it will seem like everyone has forgotten about you. Niko always took time to respond to any questions I had even though mine was not the biggest case. He never once makes you feel like you are anything less than a priority to his firm. My case settled after 3 years. The wheels of justice may not move quickly but Niko makes sure they keep moving in your direction. Work Comp settlements are not designed to make you rich but Niko gets you excellent results. Finally, Niko is simply a nice man. I am soooo glad to have this case settled and behind me but today was almost kind of sad when I signed the last of my paperwork. It was almost like saying goodbye to a lifelong friend who was there for you when you needed it most. Just then Niko told me to stay in touch and update him from time to time about my future activities. He said it was his pleasure to help me and he thought I was a good guy. Same goes for me Niko.
