Workers compensation and 2nd injury fund

After difficulty dealing with insurance I decided to consult with Pothitakis Law. After a conversation with Niko I felt it was best for me to retain his services to deal with my workers compensation insurance. After retaining Niko things really smoothed out with the insurance. I also suffered an eye ...injury in 2006 that left me blind in my left eye. Niko was able to receive a settlement through Iowa's Second injury fund for me as well.
