I hired this attorney to represent my minor child. The initial consultation went very well, and after paying a retainer, I trusted that he would properly handle the case and keep us informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, that did not happen. After being retained, he made only one phone ca...ll to the county attorney on our behalf. From that point on, communication became extremely difficult. Phone calls were not returned, updates on the case were never provided, and we were left completely in the dark about what was happening. The amount of work performed was nowhere near reflective of the retainer that was paid. The most concerning part occurred on the day of court. He did not show up at the scheduled time, and despite repeated calls from both us and the juvenile court officer, he did not answer. After waiting for over an hour, we ultimately had no choice but to proceed without legal counsel. As we were finishing the process with no help or legal guidance, he finally arrived wearing basketball shorts and a T-shirt, which felt highly unprofessional given the seriousness of the matter. While the case ultimately ended in our favor, it was not due to his work, preparation, or assistance. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend his services.
