Biography
Robert Legislador has over 25 years of legal experience practicing primarily in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury and Social Security Disability law. Robert is well known for his committment to his clients, successful track record, and is a multi-year recipient of AVVO's Client Choice Award for his top client ratings.
In 2008, Robert and J. Richard Johnson opened Johnson & Legislador, PLC. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It is a small local law firm tailored for the areas of legal practice they do best and allows their clients to receive personalized service.
Robert grew up in Clive, Iowa. After high school he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Iowa and went on to attended Drake University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. He is licensed to practice law in Iowa state courts, the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, and United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
He and his wife, Stephanie, have three children and live in Cedar Rapids.

Excellent service, great results
