Top notch legal representation with down to Earth pricing

Brian represented me in my extremely complicated divorce. I was an incredibly needy and demanding client and Brian handled me with professionalism and compassion. He delivered the best outcome for my situation, even after cautioning me for two years that it was very unlikely. I chose Brian to rep...resent me in my divorce after my previous attorney overcharged and vastly under-delivered. I felt my previous attorney had not listened to what mattered to me and had their own agenda. Brian was recommended to me by a friend who used his office in their own messy divorce. I provided more information than Brian needed and I was in constant communication with him. Fortunately, Brian recognized this and only responded when necessary to keep billing low. This less frequent communication in response to my 6+ daily contacts made me nervous he wasn't keeping up with everything I was saying. However, when I met with him it was clear he'd read everything carefully and thoroughly and showed a thorough and impressive knowledge of the situation and my concerns. In a divorce, a lot of attorneys will focus on the financial side of the settlement, even if you tell them you only want what is best for the kids. Brian was the exception. He heard me, he believed me, and he didn't waste time or billing fighting over things I didn't care about. He focused his time, talent, and attention on delivering what mattered to me. Most importantly, he trusted me to know what I wanted and he advocated on my behalf. That may not seem like much, but every other attorney I consulted with listened and then responded by making a plan that did not align with what I said. Brian and I both wanted to settle my divorce out of court. Unfortunately, we were unable to make that happen and we were in the 2%of divorces that have to go to trial. I am a naturally nervous, high-strung person, but Brian and his team navigated my anxiety better than I could have hoped. From taking frantic calls about what to wear in court, to reassuring me about COVID protocols, to making jokes and being a comforting force in the courtroom, Brian metaphorically carried me through a three day trial that consisted of three of the hardest days of my life. While no one "wins" a divorce, in the end he over-delivered on everything that mattered to me and delivered a better outcome than I thought possible. Finally, one of the things I loved about the office was that you didn't walk in and find yourself intimated by the leather and mahogany window dressing other attorneys spend a lot of money on. I know every penny I paid was for my legal representation and nothing was wasted on frivolous billing to pad their image.
