OUTCOME: Mom was awarded primary parent and child support

This was a highly contested custody case. I represented the mother who had gotten two enforcements issued against her due to the father's accusations that she violated court orders. And unfortunately, ... the court found her in violation twice. The opposing counsel was also extremely combative and did not want to resolve any issues outside of the court. The mother had two other attorneys prior to me and I was her last resort. Dad was attempting to get full custody of the child in question. Mother also was struggling financially and I allowed her to have a payment plan that catered to her needs. Her case was resolved in July 2022 and I allowed her to continue making payments into the 2023 year.
