Medical Malpractice

I hired Jim Hayes to represent my son. He was a family friend. My 5 year old son was prescribed too much of a medication and ended up hospitalized. This firm never listened to what our complaint was. They went with a completely different angle that was not part of our complaint. It was dismissed wit...h prejudice. Jim Hayes has been overtly rude to me since. The doctor is now in prison for Medicaid fraud fraud. You decide if he and his firm are decent judges of character.
