I waited 2 years for my jury hearing in May 2017. The judge was friends of my attorney. ..so I guess he felt comfortable telling the judge I was just going to settle. The judge never ask to speak to me....to see if it was true. Matthew tells me a complete different story....made me pay the person t...hat was suppose to fix the inside of my house after roofers messed the inside of my home. So I have a incomplete home and no funds! I find out all this after all done I was played. The judge stepped down....and he turned him into the grievance board. That doesn't help me.....but might help the next person. I have the transcripts stating what was in fact done! I wish why he did what he did!!! Why.....and being his client in 2016 I should have been advised he was in hot water himself when he was a part time judge in Dubuque Iowa. Maybe I would have gone elsewhere and actually would have had my day in court!!!
