Predatory Law Practice

We hired the O'Connor law firm to execute a simple land transaction. We had used them before and found the value vs outcome to be very good. This time, we were subjected to an hourly billing that amounted to 33% of the sale price of the land. unfortunately, we had back to back transactions in proc...ess before we were aware of the massive bill they were accumulating. I would not recommend this firm to anyone unless they have very deep pockets.
