I was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. I left the Midwest to earn my undergraduate degree at Harvard, then spent several years working in New York City.
I slowly migrated back to my Midwestern roots by attending law school at the University of Wisconsin. Inspired by a bankruptcy course in law school, I decided to focus my practice on bankruptcy and representing debtors. I clerked for Judge Robert D. Martin of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin
and taught the bankruptcy law course at the University of Wisconsin Law School for two semesters in 2010 and 2013.
Finally, I came full circle when I returned to Dubuque. I practice at the law firm of Reynolds and Kenline in Dubuque and focus the majority of my practice on helping people in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin with their debt problems. I also run my own website and blog at .

Ms. Kramer is trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and always kept us informed-- A true professional. I highly reccommend her services.
"I fully endorse Attorney Kramer without hesitation. She combines a sharp intellect with an excellent work ethic and real concern for her clients. I rely on her as a trusted advisor, and can refer clients to her confident that they'll receive top-notch legal service."
"I frequently refer people to Gina Kramer if I have a conflict or can't help a client for some other reason. She's a knowledgeable, personable, and professional attorney. I would have no qualms referring my own family members to her for debt relief."
