Biography
Mr. Crowl was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, in 1959. He was elected for three consecutive terms as the Pottawattamie County Attorney, 1991 through 2002. In 2002, he was a finalist for nomination as United States Attorney, Southern District of Iowa. Mr. Crowl has served on a number of local charities and boards. He currently serves on the Iowa West Foundation Board of Directors, Jennie Edmundson Hospital Board of Directors, Frontier Savings Bank Board of Directors, Council Bluffs Airport Authority and The Council Bluffs Industrial Foundation Board of Directors.
Mr. Crowl maintains his membership in the Pottawattamie County, Southwest Iowa, Iowa State and American Bar Associations; and the Iowa Association for Justice (formerly known as the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association). He has received the highest rating by his peers, AV Preeminent, in Martindale-Hubbell.
