Dedicated to providing quality legal services in Western Iowa and Eastern Nebraska. I have trial experience in both Cival Law and Criminal Defense. These include any crime from a simple speeding citation to Class A felonies such as murder in both State and Federal Court. I have represented over 500 clients in OWI/DUI cases.
In addition, I practice civil law such as Divorce, Child Custody, and Contract Disputes. I have represented over 300 clients concerning child custody and divorce issues. These can be very complex cases that you will need an attorney with trial experience. Child custody issues and visitation issues are the most difficult when whats most important is the child or children's best interests are critical.
I understand that most people can not come up with large retainers. I frequently set up payment plans including PAYPAL. I don't believe people that do not have large amounts of money in the bank deserve any less qualified and experinced attorney's than a person that is fortunate enough to have these funds available.
